As Retail Pro’s North American 2014 Partner of the Year with the added distinction of the 2014 Service Excellence Award, RIS has been recognized by our customers and peers as a superlative reseller and business partner.
The reason is simple: RIS offers our customers deep experience with Retail Pro, especially with its latest release of Version 9, enabling us to handle our customers’ most challenging business requirements. In fact, RIS has written several enhancements that Retail Pro has incorporated into the product’s base code. Our unique Retail Pro 9 experience makes us the ‘rescue reseller ‘of choice when customers outgrow their resellers’ expertise or have support needs their current reseller can’t provide. Most other US dealers have only been selling Retail Pro for the last few years and have less customers and less experience on v9.
With over 1,500 customers our customers represent some of the largest Retail Pro v8 and V9 installations in the US, including such well known retailers as American Apparel, Earthbound Trading, Russell’s Western Wear, Flip Flop Shops, City Gear, Brown-Forman, Tandy Leather Factory, and Rimowa.
